Japanese automotive giant Suzuki Motor Corporation has revealed a comprehensive rebrand of its product emblem, marking the first significant design overhaul in 22 years.
The refreshed logo aligns with the company’s recently launched corporate motto, "By Your Side", whilst reinforcing Suzuki’s long-standing customer-centric philosophy that has guided the brand since its inception. The redesign balances heritage with innovation, preserving the distinctive "S" silhouette that has become synonymous with the Suzuki identity whilst embracing contemporary design principles suited to today’s digital landscape.
A key sustainability initiative underpins the visual transformation. The company has moved away from traditional chrome plating in favour of high-brightness silver paint, demonstrating both environmental responsibility and a commitment to modernisation.
The revamped emblem will make its debut at the Japan Mobility Show 2025, initially appearing on concept vehicles before rolling out across the broader product range.
Looking ahead, Suzuki has outlined its vision to evolve into "infrastructure mobility closely connected with people’s lives", emphasising adaptability and customer focus as core drivers for future development.
Toshihiro Suzuki, Representative Director and President, commented on the significance of the rebrand: "This new emblem represents both our enduring commitment to creating valuable products through customer focus and our resolve to embrace fresh challenges ahead. Through our 'By Your Side' philosophy, we remain dedicated to accompanying our customers on their journeys, delivering mobility solutions that integrate seamlessly with daily life whilst contributing to a sustainable future."
The announcement signals Suzuki’s intent to maintain its position as a responsive, customer-focused manufacturer whilst adapting to evolving market demands and environmental considerations.
