CFAO South Africa has announced the appointment of Kevin Pillay as Managing Director of CFAO Mobility South Africa, and Julian Visagie, Managing Director of Hertz Car Rental, as a new member of the CFAO South Africa Executive Committee.
Kevin, who joined CFAO South Africa in 2021, brings over twenty years of automotive experience and has held senior roles including Divisional Executive for Volkswagen and Audi. He succeeds Carel Volschenk, who retires after a successful tenure. “Our secret to success at CFAO Mobility South Africa is teamwork… Continuous improvement, unlocking personal potential, and ensuring constant customer-centricity are at the core of how I lead,” Kevin says.
Julian has led Hertz Rent a Car Southern Africa for five years, with more than thirty years’ experience in retail sales management with Toyota. He played a pivotal role in Hertz’s turnaround and continues to focus on service excellence. “We focus on service as our number one priority… I think service and the quality of our product differentiate us,” he notes.
