Dunlop Tyres South Africa has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Marcia Noxolo Veronica Mayaba as Commercial Director, effective November 2025.
Her portfolio will cover Sales, Retail, Marketing and Technical Services. A respected figure in the automotive industry, Marcia is known for her people-centred leadership and proven ability to build high-performing teams.

Marcia’s career includes senior roles at Eqstra Fleet Management, Isuzu Motors South Africa and several Barloworld dealerships. She also made history as the first black female CEO in South African Automotive Retail.
Her personal motivation runs deep. “The automotive industry has been the canvas for my life’s work,” she says. “It’s where innovation meets people’s daily realities, and for me, it represents progress and empowerment.”
