Audi is broadening its in-car digital services with the addition of two new apps designed to make everyday driving tasks easier. The services, EasyPark and ryd, are now available through the Audi Application Store and aim to simplify parking, fuelling, charging and even car washing directly from the vehicle’s infotainment system.
EasyPark allows drivers to pay for parking at more than 60,000 locations across roughly 1,300 European cities. When an Audi equipped with the feature stops in a supported area and is shifted into park, the app automatically appears on the MMI display, prompting the driver to start a parking session. Users can extend their parking time via their smartphone or directly through the car’s interface, and the system ends the session automatically once the vehicle pulls away at more than 15 km/h.
The ryd app bundles several services into one platform, enabling contactless payment for fuel, electric-vehicle charging and participating car washes. In Germany, ryd works with large fuel chains such as Aral and Esso as well as numerous independent stations, and it supports around 90 per cent of public charging points. Across Europe, the service connects drivers to more than 10,000 petrol stations and over a million charging locations.

When approaching a compatible fuel station, the ryd app detects nearby options and opens via a pop-up in the MMI. Drivers select the station, choose a pump, set a maximum fuel amount and confirm payment. After filling up, a brief confirmation appears in the car before the driver can continue their journey.
For EV owners, ryd provides route guidance to charging stations and launches automatically on arrival. Users simply activate the charger, plug in and end the session either by unplugging or by using the MMI interface. No separate contracts, charging cards or QR codes are required.
Audi’s app ecosystem continues to expand, joining existing entertainment and information platforms such as Disney+, DAZN, YouTube, AirConsole, Spotify and Bloomberg. The Audi Application Store is integrated directly into the vehicle’s MMI system and functions independently of a smartphone, although users need a myAudi account and an active data connection.
EasyPark will roll out gradually by the end of the first quarter of 2026, while ryd is already available on all models supporting the Audi Application Store.
